토론토 컬리지 입학 관련 패스웨이 과정, IELT 6.5 이상, 그리고 자체 시험으로 입학을 할 수 있었지만

최근에는 조지브라운컬리지, 센테니얼 컬리지 의 경우 자체시험 또는 듀얼링고를 통해 입학 승인을 받을 수 있게 되었다 .

 

하지만 아직까지 듀얼링고에 대한 정보가 부족하니 기존의 자체 시험 방식으로 응시하는 것이 유리 할 수 있다는 생각이 든다.

Topoc: Do you agree or disagree with the following statement that it is more effective to study with others rather than study alone?

 

     A lot of students, who are interested in university’s name, want is that they go to the good university, so educational environment is the most important for studying.

Thus, many students spend a lot of money on their school work, students should have an efficient study style.

It is believed that study with others is rather than study alone, but a lot of students is disagree that.

It goes without saying that to study alone is too important for students to study whoever they are.

There are three main factors to support this point of view: different of ability, study style and personality. 

 

    To begin with, each students have different understandability. For example, intelligent student need one hour to understand, but unintelligent student need more time to understand.

If they are study with others, some students will give up because unintelligent students envy intelligent students, whose understandability is good.

 

   On top of that, students have different ways of study style. Some students want to study in a quiet room, but some students prefer to study in a cafe that has a lot of people and loud .

Like this, to study with others  make some students stressful, so the students will rather get more worst result.

 

 

    Finally, Students have different of personality. Some students’ personality are outgoing, but some students’ personality are shy. Some students, whose personality is shy, can not show their study ability, when to study with others.

It is nature because some students are ashamed of joining each other.

Therefore, they can not focus on their study.

 

사람들은 스터디 그룹이 무엇인지 아는가? 대학 이름에 관심이 있는 많은 학생들이 원하는 것은 좋은 대학에 진학하는 것이기 때문에 공부하기 위해서는 교육환경이 가장 중요하다.
그러므로, 많은 학생들은 학교 공부에 많은 돈을 소비하고, 학생들은 효율적인 공부 스타일을 가져야 한다.
혼자 공부하기보다는 남들과 함께 공부하는 것이 더 낫다고 생각되지만, 많은 학생들이 그것에 동의하지 않는다.
학생들이 자신이 누구인지를 공부하기에는 혼자 공부하는 것이 너무 중요하다는 것은 두말할 나위가 없다.
이 관점을 뒷받침하는 세 가지 주요 요소가 있는데, 능력, 공부 스타일, 성격이다. 

우선 학생마다 이해도가 다르다. 예를 들어, 똑똑한 학생은 이해하는데 1시간이 필요하지만, 지능이 없는 학생은 이해하는데 더 많은 시간이 필요하다.
만약 그들이 다른 학생들과 함께 공부한다면, 몇몇 학생들은 이해력이 좋은 똑똑한 학생들을 부러워하기 때문에 포기할 것이다.

게다가, 학생들은 다른 스타일의 공부 방법을 가지고 있다. 조용한 방에서 공부하고 싶은 학생도 있지만, 사람이 많고 시끄러운 카페에서 공부하는 것을 선호하는 학생도 있다.
이처럼, 다른 사람들과 함께 공부하는 것은 일부 학생들을 스트레스 받게 하기 때문에, 학생들은 오히려 더 나쁜 결과를 얻을 것이다.

     What do people think is more important between leadership and followship? What people, who are workers, want is that people meet a good leader in their organization because if people meet a bad leader, who is not interested in work, they will do over work. Thus, it is important for people to meet a good leader.

Also, it is necessary that leaders have a lot of ability to do everything.

Therefore, it goes without saying that leaders must have the critical ability to complete mission.

There are three main factors to support this point of view: leadership, professionalism, and responsibility. 

 

    To begin with, a leader must have the professionalism, which means a leader has  to be smart.

If junior staffs ask a leader about an important project, the leader should always answer the question.

If leaders could not answer the question, junior staffs will ignore their leader.

As a result, the organization cannot the complete  their project. 

 

   On top of that, when the organization faces a difficult problem, the leaders should show their staffs leadership. In other words, leadership include to have initiative and drive.

That is why organization needs the great leader whatever organizations are.

 

   Finally, leaders have the heavy responsibility, when they are responsible for the accident.

If leaders lack responsibility and shirk from responsibility, the organization will go out of business someday soon.

Therefore, the junior staffs will also work without responsibility with ease, so their customers will leave the organization and find new clients.

 

사람들은 리더십과 추종세력 사이에서 무엇이 더 중요하다고 생각하는가? 노동자인 사람들이 원하는 것은 사람들이 자신의 조직에서 좋은 리더를 만나는 것이다. 왜냐하면 사람들은 일에 관심이 없는 나쁜 리더를 만나면 일을 하면서 일을 하기 때문이다. 그러므로, 사람들이 좋은 지도자를 만나는 것은 중요하다.
또한, 리더들은 모든 것을 할 수 있는 많은 능력을 가지고 있어야 한다.
따라서 지도자들이 임무를 완수할 수 있는 결정적인 능력을 가져야 한다는 것은 두말할 나위도 없다.
이 관점을 뒷받침할 요인은 리더십, 전문성, 책임감 등 크게 세 가지다. 

우선 리더는 전문성을 갖춰야 하는데, 이는 리더가 똑똑해야 한다는 뜻이다.
하급 직원이 리더에게 중요한 프로젝트에 대해 물어보면 리더는 항상 질문에 답해야 한다.
리더들이 질문에 대답하지 못한다면, 하급 직원들은 리더를 무시하게 될 것이다.
결과적으로, 그 조직은 그들의 프로젝트를 완성할 수 없다. 

여기에 조직이 어려운 문제에 직면했을 때 지도자들은 직원들에게 리더십을 보여줘야 한다. 리더십에는 진취성과 추진력이 있다는 얘기다.
그렇기 때문에 조직은 어떤 조직이든 위대한 리더를 필요로 한다.
