토론토 컬리지 입학 자체 시험 및 반배치고사 라이팅(에세이)작성.

한국과 동일한 토론토에서도 유명한 밀크티.

캐나다 토론토 컬리지 9월 입학 예정인 학생들은 캐나다 기준 7월 30일부터 시간표 설정을 하여야 한다. 

한국 대학교 역시 원하는 과목, 시간대를 수강신청 하기 위해선 많은 노력이 필요하다. 하지만 캐나다 컬리지의 경우 한국 대학교 정도까진 아니지만 그래도 선착순으로 원하는 스케줄이 마감되니 본인이 원하는 시간표를 선택하길 바란다. 

시간표 설정은 단순하다. 크게 A,B and C 이런 식으로 시간표가 각각 2~3개가 정해져 있으며 본인이 원하는 걸 선택하면 된다. 

 

시간표를 잘못 선택하게 되면 최악의 경우 오전 첫수업인 7시 50분에 1~2시간 강의를 듣고 오후 2시쯤 강의를 듣는 경우도 생긴다.

긍정적인 마인드의 학생인 경우 비는 시간대에 도서관에 가서 공부를 해야지 라는 생각을 하지만 솔직히 어렵다.

이런 최악의 상황을 피하기 위해서라도 보다 나은 시간표를 설정하길 바란다.

 

그래도 조지브라운 컬리지의 경우 다운타운 내 있으니 그나마 다행이지만, 세네카, 또는 센테니얼 컬리지 같이 외각에 위치한 경우 공강 시간대에 정말 뭐라도 하기가 어중간하다.

그래도 컬리지에서 좋은 친구들을 사귀어 공강 시간대에 같이 공부도 하고 식사를 하며 좋은 추억을 만들 수 있으니 혹시라도 원하는 시간표를 선택 못하더라도 크게 실망하진 말았으면 한다. 

 

오늘은 오랜만에 과거 작성하였던 라이팅을 포스팅 한다. 

매번 이렇게 포스팅 하는 것이 민망하지만, 이렇게 하며 나 역시 다시 공부를 하게 되므로 부끄러움을 무릅쓰고 포스팅한다. 

 

에세이 작성시 가장 복잡한 것이 아무래도 브레인스토밍인 거 같다. 이 부분만 어떻게 해결되면 최소한의 단어로 문장을 만들어 작성할 수 있으니 매일 라이팅을 하기 어렵다면 매일 다른 주제를 선택하여 브레인스토밍이라도 해보는 것을 권한다. 

사람마다 생각하는 부분이 다를 수 있으니 그저 참조만 하길 권한다.

     What do people think is more important between leadership and fellowship? What people, who are workers, want is that people meet a good leader in their organization because if people meet a bad leader, who is not interested in work, they will do over work. Thus, it is important for people to meet a good leader.

Also, it is necessary that leaders have a lot of ability to do everything.

Therefore, it goes without saying that leaders must have the critical ability to complete mission.

There are three main factors to support this point of view: leadership, professionalism, and responsibility. 

 

    To begin with, a leader must have the professionalism, which means a leader has  to be smart.

If junior staffs ask a leader about an important project, the leader should always answer the question.

If leaders could not answer the question, junior staffs will ignore their leader.

As a result, the organization cannot the complete  their project. 

 

   On top of that, when the organization faces a difficult problem, the leaders should show their staffs leadership. In other words, leadership include to have initiative and drive.

That is why organization needs the great leader whatever organizations are.

 

   Finally, leaders have the heavy responsibility, when they are responsible for the accident.

If leaders lack responsibility and shirk from responsibility, the organization will go out of business someday soon.

Therefore, the junior staffs will also work without responsibility with ease, so their customers will leave the organization and find new clients.

 

 

    In conclusion, what people, who are work hard for their family, want is that they do not want to lose their company, and meet a leader of ability, so the role of the leader is important and should be a smart.

Also, people should find out how to elect the good leader.

If people want to be the leader of ability, people should study hard to get a professional knowledge.
